At Baker's Scaffolding, we take the health and safety of our tradespeople and the public very seriously.
Poorly constructed scaffolding can be very hazardous and can lead to our tradespeople falling and being injured or even killed, debris or tools falling onto the public below, and electrocution. This is why we ensure our workforce are trained to HSE Industry Standards and all our scaffolding projects are thoroughly checked before we start any work.
We hold Employee Liability Insurance and Public Liability Insurance of up to £10 million and all our staff are cardholders of CITB and CISRS.
We always carry out full site inspections and perform risk assessments to highlight any hazards with the stability of your scaffolding so we can put it right before we work at your property. We are able to arrange any necessary pavement licenses or permits that may be required prior to starting the job.
We also prepare site-specific method statements for each project, which details any hazards involved and includes a step-by-step guide on how to complete the job safely and competently.

Be careful when getting estimates from companies who quote very low prices. The chances are they may not be compliant or follow current safety legislation, or they may not have any Public Liability Insurance which puts your property, business, tradespeople and the public at significant risk.
